ОМЛАДИНСКИХ ПРОЈЕКАТА

У ЦИЉУ ПОДСТИЦАЊА АКТИВИЗМА И ВОЛОНТЕРИЗМА МЛАДИХ

У складу са Законом о младима и Националном стратегијом за младе, Ресурс центар за Топлички округ, Ресурс центар Лесковац вас позива да учествујете на конкурсу за финансирање омладинских пројеката „МЛАДИ СУ ЗАКОН“.

Ако сте креативни, храбри, хумани, ако желите да омогућите квалитетнији живот вршњацима, али и другим суграђанима у својој локалној заједници и имате између 15 и 30 година, учествујте у програму који има за циљ да подстиче активизам и волонтеризам младих широм Србије!

ТЕМЕ КОНКУРСА:

Конкурс је намењен вама, креативцима, који кроз активно учешће младих и волонтерско ангажовање:

• мотивишете и друге младе, стварате услове и активности за активно и креативно провођење слободног времена
• учествујете у уређењу јавних простора у којима млади проводе слободно време

и/или организујете активности за младе у тим просторима

• промовишете солидарност и хуманост
• промовишете разумевање, толеранцију и једнаке шансе за све младе
• промовишете здраве и безбедне стилове живота
• учествујете у акцијама заштите животне средине.

КО МОЖЕ ДА СЕ ПРИЈАВИ:

На конкурс могу да се пријаве удружења младих и неформалне омладинске групе састављене од најмање пет чланова, као што су ђачки или студентски парламенти, разне омладинске секције и друге групе младих са територије Топличког округа. Неформалне омладинске групе морају имати минимум једну пунолетну особу, а удружења младих морају бити уписана у Јединствену евиденцију удружења младих, удружења за младе и њихових савеза, коју води Министарство омладине и спорта, до тренутка подношења коначног предлога пројекта након реализоване обуке. Неформалне омладинске групе не треба да буду евидентиране.

АКТИВИРАЈ СЕ и Ти!

Ovim programom želimo da povećamo učešće mladih u javnom životu, ali i razvijamo kapacitete mladih koji su odlučni da, kao nova snaga regiona, menjaju na bolje grad u kojem žive. Kroz ovaj program, želimo da mladi ljudi unaprede svoja znanja o  pokretanju akcija i inicijativa putem socijalnih mreža (Facebook,Twitter, Myspace…), kako da koriste blog, steknu hrabrost i samopouzdanje da kritikuju, predlažu i iskoriste priliku da iskažu svoje mišljenje na različite teme važne za mesto u kojem žive.

Pozivamo vas da se aktivno uključite u program i zajedno sa vršnjacima i profesorima radite na pokretanju aktivističkog duha kod mladih na jugu Srbije, koristeći društvene medije kao alat.

Ukoliko ste zainteresovani da se bavite omladinskim radom, naučite kako da vodite radionice i radite sa vršnjacima ili kako da koristite društvene medije za pokretanje i sprovođenje omladinskih inicijativa, prijavite se!

Program se sastoji od nekoliko celina:

• Trening za vršnjačke edukatore (Novembar 2011)
• Radionice na temu korišćenja društvenih mreža kao instrumenta kako biti aktivan u lokalnom mestu (Decembar 2011)
• Šestodnevna zimska škola na temu korišćenja društvenih medija kao instrumenta za širenje aktivizma (Januar 2012)
• Vršnjačke radionice (Februar-Jun 2012)
• On-line kampanje (Februar-Jun 2012)
• Debatni turnir (Maj 2012)

Učesnici programa mogu biti mladi između 15-18 godina koji žive na teritoriji jedne od opština Jablaničkog ili Pčinjskog okruga (Leskovac, Vlasotince, Bojnik, Lebane, Medveđa, Crna Trava, Vranje, Vladičin Han, Preševo, Bujanovac, Trgovište, Surdulica i Bosilegrad) koji su:

• Zainteresovani za aktivno učešće u javnom životu u mestu u kojem žive
• Motivisani za dalje napredovanje i nameravaju da ostanu da rade na području Jablaničkog i/ili Pčinjskog okruga
• Mogu da učestvuju u celokupnom programu

Čekamo vaše prijave! Resurs centar Leskovac

Putujući festival tolerancije pod sloganom „Različitost je (za)čin života“  se organizuje u tri grada u Srbiji: Boru (održan 30. septembra), Bujanovcu (subota, 08.10) i Leskovcu. Osnovna ideja festivala je promocija interkulturalnog dijaloga, toleracije i međusobnog razumevanja.

Tolerancija je uvažavanje raličitosti i sposobnost da se živi i pusti druge da žive. To je i pravičan i objektivan odnos prema onima čija se mišljenja, običaji, vera, nacionalnost ili neke druge karakteristike razlikuju od naših. Tolerancija nije slaganje sa ostalima ili ravnodušnost pred nepravdom nego je to, ponajviše, poštovanje osnovnog ljudskog dostojanstva u svakoj osobi. Uspeh u današnjem svetu, ali i u budućnosti zavisi od sposobnosti da se razume, ceni i radi sa drugačijima od nas. Suština tolerancije nije u promeni nego u prihvatanju. I za to je potrebna hrabrost. Putujući festival tolerancije je naš doprinos proslavi životnog stila koji se bazira na principu „budi skroman, poštuj druge i pokušaj da ih razumeš“.

U programu učestvuju volonteri Resurs centra iz Leskovca, Bora, Bujanovca, Kladova, Zaječara, ali i Azerbejdžana, Španije, Poljske, Gruzije, Švajcarske, Portugala i Litvanije.

Na festivalu će učestvovati i Kumbo Cirkus iz Bugarske koji će prezentovati ekperimentalni interaktivni performans koji kombinuje cirkus, živu muziku i različite pozorišne gegove.

Pored toga, volonteri će izvesti i pozorišni perfomans bez reči koji su spremili tokom pozorišnog kampa na Borskom jezeru u avgustu ove godine.

Degustacija hrane iz različitih zemalja, radionice i nastupi mladih muzičara iz Leskovca, Bora i Bujanovca su takođe neki od sadržaja Putujućeg festivala tolerancije.

Projekat „Različitost na dohvat ruke! – promocija interkulturalnog dijaloga, tolerancije i razumevanja u južnoj i istočnoj Srbiji“. Projekat realizuju: Resurs centar Leskovac, Resurs centar Bor, CRC Bujanovac. Projekat finansira Delegacija Evropske unije u Srbiji.

15:00 Povratak u detinjstvo-dečje igre iz cele Evrope. Radionice Kumbo cirkusa iz Bugarske.

16:00 Flashmob „Besplatni zagrljaji!“

16:30 Odakle dolazimo – Volonteri iz Portugala, Švajcarske, Litvanije, Poljske, Azerbejdžana, Gruzije, Španije i Rumunije predstavljaju svoje zemlje kroz hranu, piće, fotografije. „Srbija iz našeg ugla“ izložba fotografija.

17:30 Živa biblioteka i međunarodna radionica „Reciklaža i umetnost“

18:00 ulična predstava Cumbo cirkusa

19:00 Međunarodni pozorišni performans „Različitost na dohvat ruke!“ (kamerna sala LKC-a)

19:30-23:00 Brejkdens i hip hop grupa „Gypsy Unit“ (Le),  TDS (Bu), rok bendovi Dead-end (Bo), Under (Le).

Kome su obuke namenjene?

Obuke su namenjene mladima sa srednjom, višom ili visokom spremom iz oblasti tekstila starosti između 18 i 30 godina sa teritorije Jablaničkog okruga (Leskovac, Vlasotince, Bojnik, Lebane, Crna Trava i Medveđa) koji su zainteresovani da unaprede svoja znanja kako bi lakše došli do zaposlenja ili započeli sopstveni posao.

O kakvim se obukama radi?

Svi polaznici će imati priliku da pohađaju ciklus od 4 obuke na sledeće teme:

1. Omladinsko preduzetništvo – kako pokrenuti sopstveni posao, šta je omladinsko preduzetništvo, šta morate da znate pre registracije pravnog lica (koji su uslovi za registraciju, koje poreze morate da plaćate, koju dokumentaciju morate da imate)
2. Pisanje biznis plana – šta je biznis plan, zbog čega morate da ga imate, kako definisati svoje usluge i proizvode, kako voditi posao. Naučite da planirate svoje poslovanje!
3. Inovacije i trendovi u tekstilnoj industriji – da biste bili uspešni, morate da idete u korak sa vremenom! Budite u toku sa trendovima, možda vam baš neka od tih ideja pomogne da razvijete svoj posao.
4. Kako da prodate svoje proizvode? – kome su vaši proizvodi namenjeni, kako da se jeftino reklamirate, kako da formirate cene.

Koje su prednosti pohađanja ovih obuka?

Posao ne pada sa neba. Sa više znanja i informacija, lakše se dolazi do posla. 10 polaznika obuka će dobiti priliku kroz program „Prva šansa“ Nacionalne službe za zapošljavanje da rade u tekstilnoj radionici koja će biti formirana u okviru projekta. Oni koji ne budu angažovani u okviru programa „Prva šansa“ imaće priliku da steknu praksu i radno iskustvo u tekstilnoj radionici.

ORIGIN OF YEU CONVENTION

Convention is an annual event of the whole network of YEU organization, the first such as Convention was organized in 1983 and ever year held in different European country (hosted by YEU Member Organisations). The participants were coming from different countries, not only European (also from Africa, Caucasus, Mediterranean Region), which was bringing every year a global perspective for the participants, as well as different approaches and views on the topics of each convention. In 2011 we will have 30th annual event, second time in Serbia, first such event was held in Serbia and Montenegro in 2004 and was one of the most successful projects of YEU Network ever. Also, this project was content base on ecology and active citizenship.

ORGANIZER: YOUTH FOR EXCHANGE AND UNDERSTANDING (YEU)

Youth for Exchange and Understanding (YEU) is an International Non-Governmental Youth Organization established in 1986 and member of the European Youth Forum in Brussels as an INGYO. YEU looks forward to increase tolerance and awareness between different countries, cultures and traditions, and to promote a greater level of comprehension through the development of various youth activities. The main aim of YEU is to promote peace, understanding and co-operation between the young people of the world, in a spirit of respect for human rights. YEU is a non-profit making, interdenominational youth organization independent of all political affiliation, run by young people for young people by means of a democratic structure. HOSTING ORGANIZATION – RESURS CENTER LESKOVAC AND MRR SERBIA

Resource Centre Leskovac was founded as a part of Resource Centres Network in March 2002 by Swedish Helsinki Committee for human rights and CHRIS Network-Committees for human rights in Serbia with a mission to act as a focal point and interlocutor of local initiatives in different programmes (public advocacy, development, education etc). The organization works primarily to foster closer cooperation and better understanding among young people of the world, both between and within continents, particularly by encouraging the exchange of information and experience between different cultures and societies. MAIN IDEA OF THE CONVENTION

The main aim of the International Youth Convention is to motivate and encourage young people to put in practice the concept of sustainable development in organizing youth activities. Through the project we foresee that all participants and member organizations take the gained knowledge and skills with them and continue being ecological in their local activities and organizational management. With the convention we intend to encourage youngsters to think ecologically not only in their everyday life but also in their work, volunteering in youth organizations and general actions in the civil society. We believe that every individual has a key role in promoting sustainable thinking and we see the volunteers of YEU as the ones who could start spreading the same ideology within their community, family, relatives, friends, colleagues, etc.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CONVENTION

To promote peace and understanding by raising awareness of our own attitudes and roles and those of others towards the sustainable development
To continue developing standards and procedures to reduce impact on globe when organizing & implementing international activities
Assess each participants and their organisations sustainability while organizing events
To develop creative and critical thinking, cooperation skills, knowledge and attitudes (SKAs)
To develop intercultural learning skills, knowledge and attitudes (SKAs) and promote cooperating on international level
To reflect on youth participation and European Citizenship in current reality and future

VENUES

On the South of Serbia in the heart of the spacious and fertile Leskovian valley, fifty kilometers long and forty five kilometers wide, lies the city of LESKOVAC. The city is old Serbian center of barbecue and it is in the barbecue festival given honorary place in the second week of September. Event visit more than 300,000 people and is a world phenomenon because it is amazing the amount of meat eaten. Good place to start our event that is dedicated to sustainble development. 

BORSKO LAKE is located in eastern Serbia, at the foot of Crni Vrh (1.027 m). The lake is 16 km away from Bor. In summer months, the water temperature reaches 25 degrees, making it ideal for swimming. There are also several fields for sports. You can also rent canoes and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Borsko Lake is an ideal place for escaping from urban areas and go for fishing and taking rest during summer. In Borsko Lake in 2005, a very rare, simple multicellular organism was discovered. It has a form of jellyfish, and reaches a size of about 2 cm in the form of a bulb. More surprises are waiting for our group. BELGRADE, a city of very tumultuous history, is one of the oldest cities in Europe was founded at the crossroads between Eastern and Western Europe and at the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers. It is the centre of culture and art of Serbia and the region. The old bohemian quarter of Belgrade dates back to late 19th and early 20th century. It was back then when its kafane (taverns and restaurants) were a meeting place for many of the greatest figures of the cultural scene of the period. Belgrade’s nightlife is well and truly awake and in this city you can have a lot of fun. Belgrade has a reputation for its nightlife, and with good reason. In Belgrade, we will meet authorities who take care about youth policy and sustainble development to discuss young people’s role in making our societies more sustainble.

WORKING METHODS

The exchange will be based on non-formal education methods (ice breakers, energizers, simulations, role plays, intercultural evenings, inputs, brainstorming, open discussion, working in groups, individual work…) encouraging active participation of young people involved.

PREPARATION OF PARTICIPANTS

Participants will contribute with their personal experience and their organisation’s approaches. During the convention they will gain more insights through lectures, discussions and workshops. To work most efficiently during the convention, all participants are requested to undertake some preparation work. Some background information will be provided with the information package participants will receive. Each participant will be requested to do small homework to be shared with other participants later on.

WORKING LANGUAGE

The working language of the convention will be English.

ACCOMMODATION, TRAVEL AND FINANCES YEU

will cover all costs related to accommodation and 70% of travel costs (cheapest way) from the resident country. Maximum amount for travel cost is given in table. An enrolment fee for exchange is payable by each participant in order to support the overall budget of the event. It will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed for travel costs. 100% of visa costs will be reimbursed. Fee will be paid on the venue.

Preferred PROFILE OF PARTICIPANT

(priority will be given to those that most closely meet this criteria). • new to youth work but very motivated to act in their sending organisation • willing to learn & motivated to share experience with others after the event • didn’t participate in more than two YEU events until now • have an interest in the topic • are between 18 and 26 years old • are able to work in English • are committed to attend for the full duration of the exchange • are nominated by their youth organisation

HOW WILL THE SELECTION BE CARRIED OUT?

In order to apply candidates must complete application form. It has to be send to: Bojana@yeuinternational. org and javier@yeu-international.org. Deadline for applications must strictly be 18th of July 2011; 23:59 CET. Participants will be selected on the basis of their applications and ensuring a balance in terms of gender, organizational participation and cultural background. Take a time and full fill application form. Please answer few questions to give us an idea about your expectations & experience in youth field. We would like to ask you not to wait till the very last day to apply, and we will inform you right after we made a decision.
